Last year I got a call from Kelly and Dan, in dire need of a photographer. They had booked several times with another photographer and had been forced to postpone each time. Only the night before they were due to have their Portraits taken their photographer had to cancel due to illness. Enter Kerry to the rescue.
I answered their call and made swift arrangements to meet them at McGregor. This location was aimed at celebrating the upcoming birthday of Dan's grandmother, with four generations present on the day, including Dan's mum, siblings, their partners and gorgeous little Z (their energetic daughter's nick name).
I LOVED that Kelly was after something true to my own heart: a location shoot with a bit of flare... enter a couple of gorgeous chairs on the front lawn. This combination not only gave the family somewhere to feel comfortable while working with Zane and I .... it absolutely rocked! I can't resist a vintage chair at the best of times, but take it outside and it's even better! Dan's Mum had the perfect pieces to compliment this shoot.
Zane and I had so much fun working with Kelly, Dan and the family... and look forward to seeing them again the next time they are in need of portraits. Dan's Mum now has a beautiful keepsake image to hang on her walls for all times.... of her whole family. A very special gift indeed!
